Re: Ribbon

Well i could kick myself i didn't buy more at the time because you can't find them anymore, but at target once they had these see through plastic snap together containers and one was a ribbon organizer. And they were cheap too if i remember...like a pack of 2 under $5. It's just a long skinny box and the rolls fit upright in it and there's slots on one side for the ribbon to hang through. And then i fit extra rolls laying on top . I think each box fits like 20 or so of the thin ribbon rolls.

I once had all stored on a dowel until i came home one day and discovered my cat had eaten a half of roll of ribbon and was almost a cause for an emergency vet trip! Now my ribbon is stored in boxes!! LOL

I think i've seen some tutorials though where you can make a ribbon organizer out of one of those photo storage boxes though!

Re: Ribbon

I just have mine in a drawer right now. But my husband is going to build me a new studio (I have outgrown my other one) and when it's ready, I'm going to use some ribbon organizers I found at scrapbook.com. Here is the link:

Here's what they look like:

Re: Ribbon

nice! I have some curling ribbon on a dowel (no cat so I'm okay!). The rest is in the top drawer of a 3 drawer plastic cabinet. They pack in easily and I can see the tops of the them all for easy finding.
