Community Rules for Swaps & Trades.
We as a community
run several online swaps & trades during the year
that require a swapping of packages from one to another. To assure
that each member receives their intended packages the following
rules have been created and are enforced.
Swaps Held During the Year:
Valentines Swap (signups in Jan)
Easter Swap (signups in March)
Christmas Ornie Swap (signups in April)(special rules apply)
4th of July Swap (signups in May)
Halloween(fall) Swap (signups in Sept)
Christmas Card Swap (signups in Nov)
in ANY swap or trade, you MUST be an active community member for at Least 3 Months with a
Minimum of 50 recent post and MUST follow the rules listed below:
When signing up, provide the following information:
Please Note: When you signup
for a swap, there is a chance that you might be partnered with someone
outside your country. You MUST be willing to ship outside the country.
If you are NOT willing to do this, then please do NOT signup for a swap.
#1. You must
follow through and commit to your partner and send the package in the time frame
#2. ALL packages must be mailed Priority Mail, with either return receipt requested, or delivery confirmation.
You can get FREE delivery confirmation
(Insurance is optional, although highly recommended).
#3. Please try
to make or send items that you yourself would love to receive and
follow any guidelines on the dollar value of the swap. Remember that
this is Prim Mart and all items MUST be primitive in nature unless

Sending package Or Not Fulfilling your end:

unexpectedly, however you must communicate any such event with us. Communication
is the key to avoid misunderstandings.

Private Trade: If you are doing a private trade between you and one of the
other community members, the same rules above apply with the exception
of sending in your information to a swap coordinator. If you do NOT
follow through on a private trade with another community member, the
same rules apply and you will be removed from the community.
PrimMart.com is not
responsible for swapping of packages conducted on the community. We will however do
everything we can to work out any problems that may arise.
